I am so sorry that "Glo" is no longer with us. She was one of my favorite family members at a distance. Cheery, bright, and personable, Gloria was my father's cousin, and played hostess to me a few times when I traveled from Europe to visit my grandmother in New Orleans. I will miss Glo.
Chummy, my thoughts are prayers are with you at this time of sorrow. You were a wonderful brother to Glo.

We were all so saddened to learn about Gloria's death. Please know that this branch of the family tree feels the loss and shares your sorrow. We may have highways and rivers, between us but the love and kinship will always flow throughout our veins. Much love and many prayers to you all from family members in San Antonio, Houston and Plano Texas

My condolences to the family of Dr. Gloria A. Adams. I was a student
at Southern University in New Orleans during the 1960's and a student of Dr. Adams. She was an excellent professor and a terrific friend. May you cherish her memory for the wonderful person that she was.
