I worked with Hans at Delgado Community College. He and I taught culinary arts. Besides being an great Chef, he was an excellent teacher. Besides working colleagues, we were good friends. I will miss him a lot.

To the family of Hans,
Hans was a good friend and fun to work with. I enjoyed working with him at the Deutsches Haus, grilling together and the times together at Schlaraffia. He will be missed.

TO the family of HANS KIRCHSTEIN,hans was a wonderful person, a prince of a guy.we worked at the sheriff's dept. together i retired from the police dept. and met hans at the sheriff's dept. we worked together for a number of years,if you could not get along with hans, you could not get along with anybody, just a down to earth good guy.I have lost a very dear friend and you have lost a wondreful father and brother,may God bless and keep you and may God's prepetual light shine upon Hans forever.
