Momma,
It has been 4 weeks since you left us and I still cannot believe you are gone. I was blessed for 40 years to have the greatest mother any child could have had. I miss you dearly and words cannot express the enormity of the loss I am feeling. I pray to God every day to give me the strength to understand and realize that you are in a better place. You were the bravest person I have ever known, and I will always be so proud to call myself your daughter. I love you momma and I always will. I miss you more with every passing day.

As I close my eyes I can see your angelic face. Visions of you from my retina will never be erased. For I know that we are your legacy and we must carry on with pride. However there are those moments when I can't stop the tears from leaving my eyes. As I reflect on you the one word that comes to mind is strength. Over the years you fought through the pain to prepare us for the moment when heaven opened up its rays of light and for you God sent. Farewell my beloved Grandma, I promise to stay strong and always do my best. You'll forever live on in the hearts of those who love you for we understand that you are now at rest.

I never thought the day will come when i'll be saying my farewell.
The joyous memories you left in my heart and the things you done for me,I cant even begin to tell.
You had such a gentle spirit that flowed calm like a stream of water.
You are deeply missed by your friends, family, grandchildren, your son and your precious daughters.
I will always remember when no one else was there, you were there, like a best friend to me.
I love you for that and you'll always remain in my loving memories!
Your Grandson!
