Sincere condolences to Paula, his kids and immediate family ard friends. I will hold and treasure the times spent with Herbert in my heart. He was mild mannered and a joy to talk with, get some good sound advice when needed, he'd make you laugh with a joke or something and he always had a big smile on his face when you saw him. Herbert's physical presence will surely be missed but it's his spiritual body that mattered above all else that's now with our heavenly father Henry Clifford Kinley in everlasting peace and joy.

Herbert was a dutiful vessel that lived & walked accordingly, he kept a smile , treated everyone the same, personally I seen him as a man that loved talking about DrKinley from his time drawn until his time the spirit was drawn back to whom had given. My crush on him was shown when I first met him on Piety & Claiborne, he just stood out with the way he walked, talked, laugh, & had such a beautiful smile, his whole character spoke for itself, this is the vessel whom I can say preach like it did him all the good in him in making sure he had one understand that which was given to him, blood water spirit, line upon line precept upon precept, wow just simply a beautiful vessel to mimic oh yess he was.
