I was fortunate enough to coach Holly at ASH. She was an exceptional athlete who never took herself too seriously. Holly had the ability to make people laugh at themselves, could find the silver lining in the worst situation, and loved life with a reckless abandon. She was a joyous and free spirit. Those blessed to call her friend were overwhelmed by her compassionate heart and her kind and caring nature. Rest in the peace of Christ dear Holly. You were unique in all the world.

I was fortunate enough to coach Holly @ ASH. She was a gifted athlete who never took herself too seriously. Holly had the uncanny ability to always make people laugh, to find the silver lining in even the worst situation, and to love life with a reckless abandon. She was a joy to be around. Those of us blessed enough to know Holly recognized her compassionate spirit and kindhearted and caring nature. Holly was a truly beautiful human being! May she rest in the loving arms of Our Dear Lord.

I was sad to hear Holly had passed away. Like so many, I have fond memories of the Humphreys hospitality and their friendship over the years. The many parties on Esplanade and in Waveland will be etched in my memory. What fun we had! Who could forget the delicious shrimp Miss Yvonne used to make us no matter what time it was, and Mr Humphreys pork on the grill. Holly was a loyal friend. I have missed her smile and easygoing friendship for many years now. We had a ton of fun over the years before her move to St. Francisville. On a visit to St Francisville I was amazed at her positive attitude. I will remember her as a kind, fun, and good friend.
