Jim was a wonderful friend to my husband, Wirt C. Baker. They were roommates as bachelors and earlier attended the same high school in
New Orleans. Jim will be terribly missed. His annual Christmas call to us was always so memorable. Jim was so considerate and genuine. And his family and friends will always remember Jim for his kindness and loyalty to others.

I am so very sorry for your loss. I have had the pleasure of knowing Mr Crenshaw for the last 20 years. He was a joy to work for and always a great conversationalist. Mr Jim will be dearly missed.... until I see his smiling face in Heaven. May God bless and comfort you all.

On behalf of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart Alumni Association and Brother Martin High School, I offer our prayers and condolences. We will say a Mass in his memory.
Father of all, we pray to you for Jim, and for all those whom we love but see no longer. Grant to them eternal rest. Let light perpetual shine upon them. May his soul and the souls of all the departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

So long good buddy, hope we meet again as i believe we will!!!!! Our friendship through the last sixty years made us brothers. We worked many jobs together, traveled together on jobs and socialized. We never had a bad word to speak to each other. I knew your family and you knew mine and you had my utmost respect. Till we meet again, your friend, PAPPY
