ROBINSON Janet Marva Robinson a retired Pre-School Teacher, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 28, 2012 at Baton Rouge General Mid-City Campus. She was 69 years old. Ms. Robinson was a native and resident of New Orleans, LA. She attended Valencia C. Jones and was a graduate of George W. Carver High School and Southern University of New Orleans. She was the daughter of the late Silas Wright and Gussie Crockett Wright. Wife of the late Willie Robinson. Mother of Doncell Pitt and the late Benjamin Robinson. Sister of Andrew Wright, Jean Wright, Georgia Williams, Bernice Lewis and the late James Wright. Grandmother of Joanell, Jamal and Bianca Robinson. Great grandmother of Arielle Robinson and Nathaniel James, Jr. Relatives and friends of the family, are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 11:00am at D.W. Rhodes Funeral Home, 3933 Washington Ave. Visitation from 9-11:00am. Interment: Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Rhodes United Fidelity Funeral Home.
