Jannie Grady Atkinson age 91 passed peacefully on Wednesday June 7, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Atkinson; Daughter of the late James Grady and Jannie White Grady; Loving mother of Betty Grady and Essie Spencer Murdock; Sister of the late Abraham Grady, Frank Grady, Sammuel Grady, Jimmy Grady, James Grady, Jack Grady, Julia Brown, Flora Mae Dolliole. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, St. David Catholic Church, Greater Liberty Baptist Church, also employees of Apple Bus Company, Emory Hospital of Atlanta, Ga., and Passage Hospice are invited to attend a Funeral Service at 9:00 am on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at D.W. Rhodes Chapel; 3933 Washington Ave. Rev. Donald Jean Jacques Officiating Minister. Visitation will begin at 8:00 am. Interment: Willis Cemetery, Wiggins, Mississippi. Arrangements by D. W.
