Jerome Halford Obituary

Jerome Patrick ''Jerry'' Kelleher Halford, age 74 died on Sunday, April 14, 2002. Born in Seattle, Washington, reared in Portland, Oregon, a resident of New Orleans for fifty years, survived by devoted and loving family, two sons: Dr. Keith Jerome Halford of Carson City, Nevada and Dr. William Patrick Halford of New Orleans, LA; Evangeline Molero Vavrick and Eve Vavrick; a sister, Morelle Halford Roch of Milwaukie, Oregon; daughters-in-law: Annette Halford and Melanie Halford and four grandchildren: Julia, Margit, Kate and Justin Halford and nieces and nephews. Son of the late George Washington Halford and Ethel Kelleher Anderson. Graduate of Lincoln High School in Portland, Oregon; Linnefield College in McMinnville, Oregon and Loyola University School of Law, New Orleans, LA. Member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, former member of Kiwanis Club International and former President of the St. Charles Chapter. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass to be celebrated in the Chapel of JACOB SCHOEN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 3827 CANAL STREET AT N. SCOTT on Thursday, April 18, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. Followed by interment in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation at the Funeral Home beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday until Mass time.
