Jesse Ashbaugh Obituary

Jesse Martin Ashbaugh, 82, a long-time resident of Mandeville, LA, passed away on April 8, 2014, after a long illness. Jesse was born in Cimarron, MN, and earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Mexico. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War and worked for more than twenty years from McDermott International. His McDermott career included postings in Norway, Nigeria, England, Belgium and Singapore. He leaves his wife of 54 years, Carolyn; a son Douglas; two grandsons and three great-grandchildren. Friends are invited to attend a Military Committal Service at Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, 34888 Grantham College Road, Slidell, LA 70460, on Monday, July 28, 2014, at 10:00 AM. A reception and celebration of Jesse's life will follow at a location to be announced. Arrangements by Bagnell & Son Funeral Home of Covington, LA.
