I would like to express my condolences to the Flores family. As the organist at St. Rita for these last 16 years, I always looked forward to our conversations after Mass. He always had a little song for me, and a big hearty laugh. I was saddened to arrive at Church this afternoon only to learn who I was playing for. St. Rita is the richer for having known him, but much poorer upon his loss.

What a vivacious wonderful man John was to so many people. He was a great loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be dearly missed. Jean, if Mama still had those multicolored platform shoes I would send them to you filled with flowers....we all love and miss the Flores family and you are all still a big part of our hearts and memories...I know Ashley was there to greet him!...Much love to you all...Pat and Bernie Hyland

Papa John was more than just a family friend, he was a second father to many of us. He was a loving, giving man and so much fun to be around. He opened his home and his heart to me as well as to my family and he will be greatly missed. From the Sachnik family to the Flores family, our thoughts and prayer and love are with you in this difficult time.
