GUILLOT John Paul (J.P.-Tex) Guillot, a Marine Corp Veteran and a retiree of Chevron-Texaco, was called home on Sunday, April 15, 2007. He was a resident of Marrero, la for the past 64 years. Beloved husband of Myrna Rotolo Guillot. Father of John and Paul Guillot. Son of the late Clerc (Perkins) and Nolan P. Guillot. Stepson of Azalie Guillot. Father-in-law of Kiesha Guillot. Brother of JoAnn Rolfe, Tommy Perkins and Bonnie Perrin. Brother-in-law of Rose Marie Ocasia, Ruth Aucoin, Ruby Willick, Sam (Jr) and Larry Rotolo, Betty Perkins and Ronnie Perrin. Godfather of Sherry Rolfe. Half-brother of James (Hugh), Ted, Katherine, Phyllis Guillot and the late Nolan Jr. Grandfather of Morgan Guillot. He was raised by his grandparents, the late John and Lucille Snyder and godparents, the late Edward (Greaseball) and Helen Perkins. Uncle of numerous nephews and nieces. Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of Chevron-Texaco, Grand Isle Shipyards and Ronnie's Westside Pest Control are invited to attend the Religious Services at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at 10:30AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Rosalie Catholic Church, 2nd Avenue, Harvey, LA at 11:00AM. Interment in Cypress Grove Cemetery, New Orleans, LA. Visitation at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6:00PM until 10:)0PM and on Wednesday from 8:00AM until 10:30AM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mr. Guillot's memory to Cancer Research preferred.
