John Michael Messinger

John Michael Messinger, 70, of New Orleans, Louisiana, passed away at his home on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. He is survived by his husband of 22 years, Mark Richards of New Orleans, Louisiana, his sister Patricia Ann Fisher of Highland, New York and his sister, Barbara Brenno of Vashon Island, Washington. He is predeceased by his father, John Messinger and his mother, Margaret Hunter both of Schenectady, New York. To honor John's memory, there will be a celebration of his life from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Sunday, September 24, 2023 at The Bourbon Pub at 801 Bourbon Street, New Orleans, Louisiana. We invite anyone who knew him to attend and remember his wonderful life. We ask attendees to wear bright colors. We invite you to make a donation to Project Lazarus at P.O.
