John Selvage Obituary

SELVAGE John Henry Selvage, Sr. born in New Orleans, La. August 7, 1950 entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at Galveston Medical Center in Galveston, Tx. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved mother Millie Price Selvage, son John Henry Selvage, Jr. (Wendy), brother Aaron Selvage, Jr. and granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his father Aaron Selvage, Sr. and sister Audrey Picou. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members. Relatives and friends of the family, also Pastors, officers and members of Second Zion Baptist Church #2 of NOLA and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Second Zion Baptist Church 3333 Third St. at 11:00am. Visitation will begin at 9:00am. Burial will be private. Professional Services Entrusted to Majestic Mortuary 504-523-5872
