To Ann and all the Matherne Family:
I was on assignment in Texas during Johnny's passing and I found out just yesterday. Diane and I were deeply sadden not to have been at the funeral. Johnny was a good friend during our long years together at BASF. My heart and prayers go out to you and the family.

Aunt Ann, Johnny Boy, Philip, Anson and family. Ya'll are in our thoughts a prayers. We are luck to have had Uncle Johnny as part of our family. I have so many great memories of him.
