Josephine O'Shello Wool

Josephine O'Shello Wool passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at the age of 94. She was born in Kenner, LA to the late Anthony O'Shello and Lena Arduino O'Shello. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Anthony Wool, Sr. and the devoted mother of Joan Wool Perre (Stephen), Patricia Wool Newton (Robert) and the late Joseph Anthony Wool, Jr. Grandmother of Christopher, Angelle, Allison, Angela, Robby, Lori, Lisa and the late Richie and Carlo. Great-grandmother of Olivia, Carley, Nolan, Mason and Carson. Sister of the late Vincent O'Shello (Christine), Theresa O'Shello, Agatha O'Shello Giarratano (Nick) and Sam O'Shello. Mrs. Wool is also survived by a daughter-in-law, May Wool; a sister-in-law, Lucille O'Shello and several nieces and nephews. She was a resident of Kenner, LA until 1968 when she moved to River Ridge, LA and was a lifelong parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help where she was active with the St. Joseph's Altar Society. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 2008 Short Street in Kenner, LA with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the church.
