Julio J. "Mickey" Luccioni

LUCCIONI Julio J. "Mickey" Luccioni passed away on March 3, 2013 at the age of 93. Born in New Orleans, LA on May 30, 1919 and a resident of Clearwater/Tampa since 1966. Son of the late Ralph P. and Lydia Kroll Luccioni. He was the beloved husband of the late Josephine Vicari Luccioni. He is survived by his wife Mary Seleste Luccioni, daughters Catherine Shearer (Karl) and Jane Buras (Sherald), and sister Nola Wolsch. Brother of the late Vincent, Nolan, and Ralph Luccioni. He retired in 1988 from Seagrams Distillers after 30 years as the Artwork and Sales Promotion Manager. He was a gifted artist who continued using his talent until his death. He served in World War II in the 82nd Airborne Division. He was a member of Kiwanis, the Knights of Columbus, and a continuous member of the American Legion for 65 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2013.
