I miss you everyday Uncle Kent. I remember when my dad used to come visit you and you would always give me an ice cream sandwich. I miss you.

Miss Carol, my deepest condolences to you and your family, Kent was a great guy, he was always joking around and loved to tease me, lol much like an annoying big brother but he had a serious side and he truly was like my big brother, I loved that about him, he would stand in the bedroom doorway while Karen and I were putting on makeup and make jokes or walk in when we were getting dressed, he would laugh soo hard at us and was always smiling. He will be missed, my thoughts and prayers are with y’all. Love, Vicki Barre Mendoza

Dearest Carol and the Entire Kiefer Family:

I was so saddened when I read the obits and saw where Kent had passed. I remember, with the fondest of memories, all of the good times we had at Nat and your home in the East, and when we all belonged to WIGGLE. Such good times! I also remember Kent, as well as Nat, Jr., Kris and Karen always being so polite to me when visiting your home. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this very difficult time. I pray that you will find comfort in knowing Kent is now in the loving arms of Our Lord and hoping over time a gentle peace will return to your lives. My two sons, Kerry and Kris, both of whom knew Kent, also send their deepest sympathy.

Ms. Carol, Nat, Karen and Kris:
My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time. I will never forget the fun times I've shared with Kent. He was a witty, fun-loving person who possessed that Kiefer spirit. I will miss him dearly as will so many others who Kent touched. His memory will live on.
