Wow KT it's been 11 years since your arrival in Heaven in 2011 and becoming my Special Angel, Closer at my side. I thank you for helping me pass nursing school and State Boards, for Protecting me from all things bad, for Blessing me with the best Husband and Life Ever, I Thank you for loving me and being the Best Ever. I sure do miss that laugh but we will be together again soon. Happy Trails to you until we meet again ahahah I Love you soo much big kisses and hugs...

Kevin came to work for my father at Toyota of Jefferson when he was 18 and I was 9 yrs old. KT and I gave my Dad heck; we would sometimes be talking when we were suppose to be working and Dad would fuss.
KT was there when I was moving the new cars around the lot trying to straighten them. I was way too young to be driving and forgot where the brake was. I hit the car in front of me and guess who was standing right there shaking his head and laughing. He had to tell me where the brake was and I was mad he saw me.
Kt is my life long friend, we have been friends forever and we will never part. KT is my family, my brother. I made him evacuate for Katrina and stay with me for three weeks. I am happy we had that time together we had a great time. I have had a great time with KT in my life. I hope my children are Blessed with a KT in their lives.
I feel Blessed and fortunate for the quality time I had with KT these past three months; to tell him how much I love him and how much he has meant to my life.
KT you taught me well, you taught me how to love and how to be a friend.
You are my love and friend forever...eternity....I luv u

KT... It seems that I've know you forever!! Well, it has been almost 30 years. You were always there for me and kept my cars running and my heart laughing!! I have so many great memories of you that it would be impossible to pick a favorite story to tell everyone. Thank you for showing the world how a kind, honest and dignified person should live!! I'm glad that I was able to see you a couple of weeks ago and say good bye. Love you and please give Julie a big hug for me!!! Rest in peace my dear sweet friend!!

I worked with KT, and his heart was as big as his voice. He always knew what advice to give, and how to just be a friend. He was one of the things I missed most about Lakeside Toyota when I left.

Kevin was my sister Linda's dearest friend. They knew each other for over 10 years. He was like a brother to her, her "BUDDY". He was always watching out for her. She helped him these past months and was there when ever he needed her. In the end she was at his side until he took his last breath. Linda, I Love You and with all the wonderful things that is being said about KEVIN, now you have a ANGEL watching over YOU.

Kevin and I grew up in Reserve,La. attended elementary,high school and Delgado Jr. College together also worked together at Clearview Dodge in 1969. We hadn't seen each other for several years when I called him about our high school 40th year class reunion. I'm very glad that he decided to attend , we had a great time and He told me something that I had forgotten over the years; that I was his first best friend.Kevin was a true and honest friend. I am happy that I had a chance to talk to him about 2 weeks ago. I and the 1969 Class of Fifth Ward High School will miss Kevin very much.

We grew up with Kevin. He started working for my dad at Toyota of Jefferson when he was 17 years old up into his late 30's or so. He was like a brother to me and my siblings. Kevin was the kindest person you ever want to meet. We could go to him with any problem and he was always there for us. We love you Kevin and will miss you very much.

I worked with KY for about 2 years. He kept me company on slow nights in the service dept. Made me CD's and i remember one song he really liked, "21 questions" by 50 cent...haha, he didn't want to give me the CD cause he really liked it. He even gave me a nickname "LG" .. "Little Girl"..Everytime i would visit Toyota after i had left, i would hear "LG IN THE HOUSE!!" He will be missed by tons of people. He will live on in a lot of young mechanics hearts. He was an incredible man!!

I am so sorry that KT left us so soon. I feel truly blessed for the friendship I was lucky to have with him. He was such a wonderful and caring man and I am so thankful for the friendship he and Chad had all of these years. He was always there for Chad for ANYTHING and we are both so grateful for that. We were both so thrilled when KT met you...you made his life even brighter! Please know that Chad and I are always here for, no matter the time or day! Keep your head up and remember that he is smiling down at you with that gorgeous smile of his!

My favoite memory of KT is this. we were at the harbour, having a few beers and he gets a call from a new tech. He says, put the phone next to the engine..you guessed it, he diagnosed the problem, in a bar, over beer, from the phone, always fun to be around a talented and humble man. I will forever miss him.
