It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Kim Michael Bellow, who departed this life on July 10, 2024, at the age of 71. Born on December 30, 1952, Kim was a beloved brother, uncle, and companion. He was known for his warm heart, generous spirit, and unwavering dedication to his family and friends. Kim is survived by his dearest friend and beloved companion, Linda Chaisson; his brothers, Kurt Bellow, Sr., and Kevin Bellow (Lynn); his brother-in-law, Frank Cornay (Robin); his nieces and nephews, Kurt T. Bellow, Jr. (Tamara), April Bellow, Savannah Flores (Alex), Michael Bellow, Alexei Bellow, Sudie Bellow Cunningham (Robby), Ryan Cornay (Ericka), Kimberly Cornay Vidrine (Landon), Amanda Bellow, and Nash Bellow; his great-nieces and nephews, Kylie McDonald, Audrey Bellow, Evelyn Cunningham, William Cornay, and Griffin Cornay; his cousin, Craig Senner (Missy); his aunt, Beverly Trombatore Mester; and his loyal dog, Prince. He was predeceased by his parents, Audrey Trombatore Bellow and Irvin Paul Bellow; his brother, Keith Bellow; and his sister, Kathy Bellow Cornay, who he now joins in eternal rest. Kim was a man of many talents and interests. He had a passion for fishing, LSU sports, tending his garden, Jamaican Dancing and riding his motorcycle. He was self-employed and a gifted boat motor mechanic before retiring. He was always eager to share his knowledge and skills with those around him. A Funeral Service to celebrate Kim's life will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at 11am at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy., Harvey, LA. Visitation will be held from 9am until 11am where family and friends will gather to honor his memory and share stories of his remarkable life. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the SPCA in Kim's memory. Kim's legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May he rest in peace.
