Larry Barrois Obituary

Larry Thomas Barrois, Jr., age 62, transitioned into Paradise with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Good Friday, April 7, 2023. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry T. Barrois, Sr.; sister Yolonda; 2 nieces, Bianca and Raissa, grandparents, his closest friend, Darren "King Tub" Richard, and a host of loving relatives and friends who were joyous and excited to welcome him with open arms, embracing hugs, and tears of joy as he entered the Heavenly Gates. Larry leaves to cherish his memories his mom, Sylvia "Big Syl" Carriere Barrois; 1 sister, Zona; 3 brothers, Lyle, Lennis, and Lyndon and a host nieces and nephews, grands, loving in-laws, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Larry's Homecoming Mass on April 21, 2023, 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, 1923 St. Philip St., New Orleans, LA 70116. Visitation 9:00 a.m. until Mass. Interment Mount Olivet Cemetery. Please visit www.pfsneworleans.com to sign the guestbook.
