On March 26, 2006 I saw you and your daddy at Oschner Hospital. I think that may have been the first time I met you. Blair was having scans done that day and I guess GOD knew that I needed someone. So he put you and Uncle Larry there at the same time. When Blair's scans were done I just knew I had to find yall so he could see his uncle Larry. When we did and they saw one another how their eyes lit up and they talked and talked. I will never forget that day. Your dad loved you so. I will pray to him as a special angel because he is a special man who touched so many.
Peace and Love

Cheryl,
My deepest sympathy goes out to you at this time of grief and sorrow. I lost my father when he was in his early fifty's, therefore I know the pain of your lost and the question you keep asking the Lord. I'm living in Atlantic City and did not know about your father illness until recently, but I'm thankful I had a chance to speak with him before he left. His main topic in our conversation was the welfare of his loving daughter. He was always a happy, considerate and fun person to be around. Yes, he has gone on to a better place, but cherish the great memories and remember now he's always right there by your side.

To my daddy,
I love you with all my heart and soul. I know that you are in a better place and you have found rest with our Heavenly Father. I will never forget all the teachings, preachings and laughs that came from a man with such a unique personality and sense of humor. You are a great father and a great example for man to follow. A man to be respected and admired.
With great appreciation, respect, admiration and love, rest in peace daddy,
Your Baby, Moot.
To all of you who signed this book and many others,
On behalf of my father, I want to thank you for your prayers, calls and attentance for his services on Saturday. All the correspondences does my heart good and brings a heavenly smile to his face; just to know that you all care so much. Just remember, he is with us all. He is our angel and when we need him, just call. He's always here. Even now, as I write to you.
With appreciation and love,
Cheryl

Family and friends and especially Cheryl, we grieve so much when our loved ones make the transition, but remember it is a transision from this life to another. One where, I believe, the SPIRIT finally becomes free of the worries of this earthly realm. He won't be with us physically, but in spirit, always. Find peace and joy in the good times shared. My brother left us thirty-one years ago. I can stll see his smiling face, even 'hear'his voice, and remember his joyful, playful ways. The pain you feel now will gradually diminish, and you won't hurt as much. May the Spirits that protect and guide us always be near.

Family & Friends,
Please know that I truly feel your loss. Larry was a true gentleman. He always had a smile, a joke or a little “homespun philosophy” to share. He made me feel comfortable, accepted and welcome in his life. I will always love and remember him for his kindness to me.
