Outre sa conjointe, il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants : Marie (Gaétan Lemay), François (Katherine Roy), Josée, Feu Benoit (Michelle Germain) et Éric Giroux (Pascale Morin); ses petits-enfants : Ludovik, Arnaud (Daisy Lacoste), Zachary (Andréa Beaudoin Vézina), Pénélope, Gabrielle (Félix Boucher), Félix (Ève Lessard), Mathilde, Amélie, Mathieu, Jonathan, Maxime et Aryanne; ses arrière-petits-enfants : Jimmy, Matéo et Anthony; sa sœur : Jeannine (Feu Paul-Henri Sioui); son ex-épouse : Gisèle Marcotte ainsi que ses beaux-frères et belles-sœurs de la famille Bernicky. Il laisse également dans le deuil plusieurs neveux, nièces et des ami(e)s.
Il est allé rejoindre son frère et ses sœurs : Feu Marie-Paule (Feu Albert Poulin), Feu Georges, Feu Jacqueline (Feu Napoléon Paquin) et Feu Lucille (Feu Léo Côté).
