Leon Norman

Leon Norman passed away at his home on Saturday June 6, 2015 in Baton Rouge, LA at the age of 72. He was a resident of Baton Rouge, LA and a native of New Orleans, LA. He was the son of the late Rev. William Hyde and the late Lucille Norman- Gulford. Father of Rev. Dr. Leon Jackson Jr, Leon Winsey, Leon Davis, and Nicole Winsey, grandfather of Le'Shaun, Lenesha, Sharon, Caden, Jermiah, Johnell, Matthew, and Samuel. Brother of John Norman (Patricia Moore), brother in law of Raymond Robinson. Relatives, friends, pastors, officers and members of Beacon Light B.C. of B.R., Christian Light M.B.C., Rising Star B.C. and Noah's Ark B.C. and employees of New Orleans City Hall are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Christian Light M.B.C. 1809 Gov. Nichols St. beginning 10 am. Rev. Dr. Clarence Neason, pastor officiating, Church Visitation 9am until service time. Interment Holt Cemetery.
