Chef West was a gentile soul who was always generous to St. Mary’s Academy and to the Sisters if the Holy Family. For years he supported the Scholarship Gala for the school and the Sister’s Annual Fund Raiser. He was well known in the city of New Orleans for his generosity. He will certainly be missed. Rest In Peace Chef!
