HAMILTON - Lisa A. Jeffris, 66, of Hamilton, passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018, at her home, following a lengthy illness.She was born on June 15, 1952, in Miami, FL, the daughter of the late Clarke and Patricia (Whitehurst) Warne.Lisa lived in Miami, FL, most of her life, graduating from Miami Coral Park High School in 1971. She has lived in the Hamilton area for the last 12 years.She is a Veteran of the United States Air Force.Lisa was member of the Bell Tower Chapter #188, Order of the Easter Star, Waterville, NY, and had been a member of the Branford Chapter in Wellborn, FL.She enjoyed her exotic birds, dogs, making jewelry, and spending time with her family.Lisa married Joseph F. Jeffris on October 18, 1975, in San Antonio, TX.Surviving besides her husband, Joe, are: one son and daughter-in-law, Clarke and Wilma Jeffris of Fredericksburg, VA; one daughter, Amanda Williamson of Hamilton; four grandchildren, Daisy Jeffris, Isabell Williamson, Olivia Jeffris, and Ethan Jeffris; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Lyle Jeffris of Oriskany Falls, Gordon Jeffris of Peterboro, Hugh Jeffris of Mobile, AL, and Marcia Evans of Pulaski; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at the Cornerstone Baptist Church, 2365 Lake Moraine Road, Hamilton, NY. Pastor David Mayo will officiate. There will be no calling hours, however, the family will greet friends following the service, during a reception at the church. Arrangements are under the supervision of the J. Homer Ball Funeral Home, Inc., 201 James Street, Canastota.
