Lori was one of the loveliest women I´ve had the pleasure to meet. A couple of years ahead of me at DHS, I had the good fortune to see her decades later at jazzercise. She still looked the same - youthful and vibrant, and she lit up the room with her warmth. My condolences to her family.

My memories of Lori are how much fun she was to work for & with, how hard she worked and how much she enjoyed life, making sure others did the same. I cannot think of her without smiling, seeing her smile and hearing that laugh. She brought joy to all around her - what a testimony to her life!

I worked with Lori at First Bank and Trust and we remained in contact over the years since. Lori lived a beautiful life. I’ll always remember her telling a funny story and saying how it made her chuckle. I never knew anyone else to use that word. She had so many great qualities but what I’ll remember most is how she made everyone feel at ease and that she was genuinely interested in what you had to say. She was a quality person and will be sorely missed. I know how much she loved her family and I’m keeping you all in my prayers.

What a loss this is. Lori was a "business friend", but so much more. A shining, lovely attitude, win or lose -- upbeat and indomitable. I'll never forget the phone call where she told me her Katrina adventures. My sincerest condolences to Tim and their sons. You are all in my prayers.

Lori, you were such a beautiful soul. A kind, loving, smart, competitive, and happy person. We were classmates at Ferncrest School. I will never forget the special bond that we held knowing that we shared the same birth date. We ask God to open his loving arms for you and may you finally rest and be at peace. Our alumni will always love you Lori.

Shocked when I received the call, no words. Feels like just yesterday we were living next door to each other. You got pregnant, I got pregnant, you got pregnant, I got pregnant. You were wonderful neighbors and your family including your mom and grandmother will always live on in our hearts. Fly high my friend, I take solace in the knowledge that you are reunited with your son. Your positive outlook will be missed but your legacy will continue on with Samuel and Reese❤

I knew Lori back in the mid 80’s. Some of my fondest memories of her took place just hanging out late nights at the NOLA World’s Fair.
She was a bright and vibrant person filled with happiness. Well done on a life well lived Lori.
