She is survived by her husband, Robert; daughters, Rhiana Jessica Rowley and Ella Jo Rowley; mother, Laura Brice Constantino; father, Thomas Cole; step-dad; Timothy McNamara; grandmother, Josephine Constantino; aunts, Maryanne Martinez, Linda Constantino and brother, Chris Mills. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Gino Constantino; brother, Stephen Mills; aunt, Stormy Constantino and uncle, Gene Constantino.

Our dearest Lucy. You were that candle to all of us. You lit up everyone's life with your golden ❤ heart. You loved everyone as if they were the only one. Your passion for life, family, and friends meant so much to you. You loved your family more than anything. Rob, Rhiana and Ella are your world. You will forever be the beat of their heart. I love you Lucy and I'm so thankful for you as my niece, my friend. Life won't be the same without your presence, but one thing that will Never change is that you are in our hearts Forever. See you in Heaven baby girl.

I'll always remember the kind, generous and gracious way Lucy always treated me and my family. She is an inspiration to Rhianna, Ella and Rib, and thise who knew her. I am certakn she is watching over her lived ones.
