Margaret Lomax Obituary

Margaret Viviano Lomax entered peacefully into heaven on Sunday, October 5, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. Devoted wife of the late Ray McDonald Lomax. Loving mother of Ann L. Finnell (Douglas), the late David Lomax and Sandra L. LeBlanc. A proud grandmother of Stephen Mieding, Paul Mieding, Teresa M. Fazzio (Mario) and a great grandmother of Sabrina, Sandi, Sierra and a great greatgrandmother of Kamryn and Micah. Daughter of the late Mary Giarlando Viviano and Nicholas Joseph Viviano and sister the late Angelo Viviano, Carlo Viviano, Anthony Viviano, Angelina V. Stokey, Mary Viviano and Rosalie V. Denney. She is survived by her sister-in-laws, Joyce Viviano and Josie Viviano as well as numerous loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA for the last 40 years. Margaret enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, knitting, trips to the casino and just enjoying life. Relatives and friends are invited the attend a Funeral Mass at Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd. Metairie, LA on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 11:00 am. Visitation from 9:00 am until Mass time. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery, New Orleans. On line condolences available at www.leitzeaganfuneralhome.com
