SAMUELS Marguerite Gray Samuels entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 11, 2013 at West Jefferson Medical Center. Beloved wife of Grady Samuels. Loving mother of Donna (Randy) Stewart, Wayne Dorsey, Lisa Samuels, Michele Gray, Rae Ann (Nelson) Duplessis, Tiffany Samuels, Detrice Conner, April Samuels, Latoya (Craig) Eugene, Olga Samuels, Keion Samuels, Grady Samuels III, Janice Claiborne, Shondra Jones, Kevin Brown and the late Tracy Samuels. Great grandmother of the late Londyn Unique Samuels. Daughter of the late James Gray and Olga Dorsey. Stepdaughter of the late Rev. Fred Dorsey. Granddaughter of the late Theodore and Lillian Carter. Sister of Louis Gray and the late Matron Dorsey. Also survived by 28 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Age 71 years, a native of Gretna, LA and a resident of Westwego, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA, on Monday, October 21, 2013 at 11:00am. Rev. Robert Pardo, officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00am until service time at the above named parlor. Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery- Westwego, LA.
