Mark Fleck Obituary

FLECK Mark W. Fleck, of Slidell, LA on Sunday, April 15, 2007, at his residence. Beloved father of R. Cody Fleck and Jarrod Sciacca. Son of Juan and Peggy V. Fleck Galvez and the late Richard C. Fleck. Brother of: R. Neill Fleck (Linda), Scott C. Fleck (Kiendra), Brenda Fleck Jordan (Bill), Juan Galvez (Tammy), Susan G. Vogel (Ron), Jennifer Galvez. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, Uncles, and cousins. Age 49 years. A native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Slidell, LA for the past 47 years. Mr. Fleck was a retired Drafting Designer from AMMACO Oil Co. and an accomplished Artist. He was a graduate of Slidell High School Class of 1977, and Pearl River Junior College with an Associates Degree in Drafting Design, and also a member New Jerusalem Praise and Worship Church. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral. Services New Jerusalem Praise and Worship Church, 62340 Military Rd, Pearl River 70452, on Friday, April 20, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. Rev. Gerald Cocran, Pastor, New Jerusalem Praise and Worship Church, officiating. Visitation on Friday after 10:00 A.M. until funeral time. Contributions to: New Jerusalem Praise and Worship MissionariesPreferred, in lieu of flowers. Arrangements by Honaker Funeral Home, Inc., Slidell, LA.

My deepest sympathy to you and your family. I worked with Mark at Amoco for many years. What a gentle sweet man! He was always good for a smile and a kind word. I will keep him in my prayers.
