Martha Moore Obituary

Southaven - MARTHA M. MOORE, 93, died on Friday, April 4, 2006 at Cordova Healthcare and Rehab. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Southaven. Her visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at Family Funeral Care on Summer Avenue and the service will be at 10 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at North Union Cemetery in Bellefontaine, MS. She is the widow of A.B. Moore and is preceded in death by a son, Elmer Earl Moore. She is survived by her son, Glenn Moore of Germantown, TN, and two sisters, Mary M. Berry of Southaven and Eddie Lee Wacaster of Senatobia; two grandchildren, Laurel M. Holmes and Carol M. Anderson; and one great-grandchild, Victoria Grace Anderson. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to be sent to the First Baptist Church of Southaven or Central Church in Collierville. Mrs. Martha was special to my wife and I. We visited her and Mrs. Margaret many times in their home. We have moved to Adamsville Tennessee, but my wife talks to friends from Southaven church every week,we were called last night and told of her death. Mrs. Martha was special to us.
