It is a honor for our family to know a founding member of St. Mary Magdalen Parish. It made her funeral mass even more spiritually special.

I can't say enough wonderful things about your mother. She was truly a lady filled with grace and love. She was a blessing to have as a principal and work for as our leader. Mrs. deLaneuville had her priorities straight, and she would always tell me that God is first, then family, and then the job. She supported me through many ups and downs, and was like a mother. My mother had died way too young, but she would listen and advise me as my own mother would have done. I was blessed to not only know and love her, but to be invited in by the whole family, teaching many of the grandchildren and even a great nephew. I was truly honored. She will forever be a part of who I am today. My love and prayers for all.
