We love you, and miss you desperately.

May 5, 2013

Denise and Hannah,

Praying for God's grace to comfort you both at this time of deep sorrow.
Mike was a longtime friend of the family. He was a kind, caring and just an all around fun loving guy, an extremely proud poppa, and a very thoughtful and loving husband. He loved you both so very, very much.
I remember New Year's Eve 2011, he came by to wish all a Happy 2012. Mike was always such a great party quest, as he mixed and mingled, never at a lack of words--and THAT laugh--I can't help but smile when I think of it. And, of course he made it a point to be home before midnight to ring in the New Year with his two favorite girls!
Keeping you both in prayer,
Much love,
The Voebel Family

Denise, I am so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. He loved his family so much. Every event it seemed, he was by your side. He was so proud of Hannah's accomplishments, but also interested in others. In summary, he was a kind, concerned, special individual. Please let me know if we can do anything for you or Hannah. Sincerely, Mary Earles

Denise and Hannah, You are in my thoughts and prayers. Mike was such a nice man; very kind, thoughtful and fun. I will always remember his "infectious laugh". It should be comforting to know that you have an angel in heaven to look over you.

I knew Mike well, although we weren't close in our adult years. I went to Brother Martin with Mike and UNO. We were on the wrestling team. Mike was always a fun guy and good at heart. I thought of him just yesterday, before I knew he'd passed away. We used to sneak into the drive in theater hidden in someone's trunk.

My words can't express my sorrow. My heartfelt sympathy for Mike's family and friends. I will miss him more than I can say.

Damn! This did not just happen. Denise and Hannah, you will always have a family at Delta Playground. No matter how bad a mood I was in, when Mike showed up with that perpetual smile and goofy laugh, and the gift of gab, it always lifted my spirits. Yall are in my prayers and may you find peace knowing Mike is in heaven.

Mike was a great friend and supporter of all I have been through in the last 3 yrs with my husband's illness, always lending an ear and encouraging. That infectious laugh will remain in my memory forever and his laid back personality made him so easy to talk to and a friend to all that knew him. I felt I knew his family through the stories he shared and know he will be greatly missed by his loving family. His stories of Hannah and her accomplishments were the center of his world. He was a proud father and husband who adored his wife and daughter. Wishing his family peace in their loss. You will be in my prayers for peace and comfort as you travel the road ahead. Much Love

Denise & Hannah, We are so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. I've known Mike a long time and he was a great person. He was our Brother and played football and softball with us. We always had a good time at the NYE Parties. After we moved to Houston, he came and visited us once. It may have been before Claire was born (91). Most recently we'd catch ya'll after 1215 mass at St. MM when visiting the Voebels (see pictures). The thing I'll never forget about Mike is his infectious laugh. He was a joy to be around. I'm sure he is walking through the front door of Heaven!

To lovrovich family, I knew mike for about 7 yr. He supplied us with product we use on our boats. Ive been to lunch with him a few times ,just last week he locked his keys in his truck and we joked that neither one of us was going through the back window so we got someone slimer to get the keys. Ill miss mike. My God Bless Mike And His Family. Tim

I heard about Mike's death. I do not know the family, but I am praying for you. I was a supplier of some of the equipment that Mike sold to the Marine industry. I enjoyed working with him and we will all miss him. I will always remember Mike as a happy friendly person, committed to his family and his work. A testament to him is that though We spoke quite a bit, I had no idea he had diabetes. We had dinner together at the workboat show one year. It was a very pleasant time.
