I lived across the street from the Rapiers my entire childhood growing up in the 70’s. I loved that family! Many great childhood memories. Mr. Mike was so kind to me!
Later in life when I bought The Rendon Inn he was the first banker that believed in me and helped me with my first loan in business. I will always remember his kindness console and business advice.
He was a wonderful man may he Rest In Peace his memory will be eternal.
My condolences to Ms. Rapier Mike and Jim and the entire family.
My God Bless you and your entire family

My deepest condolences to Kay and all of Mike’s loved ones. He was a Tulane fan par excellence, traveling to the football games at West Point and other venues to cheer for the Green Wave. Always with a cheerful heart. With deep love,
