Milton James Obituary

JAMES Milton T. James went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 17, 2007 in Charlotte, NC. He was born in New Orleans, LA on July 11, 1912 and lived most of his life there. He was preceeded in death by his wife of 63 years, Edna Drouant James; by his son, Milton A. James; and by his granddaughter, Tammy James LeBlanc. He leaves behind a son, Albert L. James; and a daughter, Julia James Ballard. He also leaves behind 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren. The visitation will be on Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, MS from 1:00 pm until 2:45 pm. The Procession will leave the Funeral Home at 2:45 pm for a Mass of Christian Burial at 3:00 pm at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church in Bay St. Louis. Interment will follow in Garden of Memory Cemetery in Bay St. Louis. Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis, MS is in charge of the arrangements.

I am the grandson of his brother, Walter. If anyone is interested, I have info on the James family, going back to Henry James (great-grandfather of Milton James), born approx 1798 in Princess Anne County, Virginia.
