Moonyeen Marion Johnston

JOHNSTON Moonyeen Marion Johnston died peacefully on December 25, 2010. She was a lifelong resident of New Orleans, and was preceded in death by her parents, Albert J. Marion, Jr. and Winifred Kelley Marion Schillin; her step-father James G. Schillin, her brother, A. J. Marion and her beloved husband of 45 years, William Hartshorne Johnston. She is survived by her four children, Lynne Johnston Howard (Ward), William Hartshorne Johnston, Jr., Diane Adele Johnston and Neele Thomas Johnston (Jocelyn). She is also survived by seven grandchildren Leslie Howard Wubbenhorst (Rob), Winston Kelley Howard Gill (Michael), Jeffery Howard, Marigny Johnston Bostock (Jon), Emmeline Johnston, Sierra and Avery Johnston; and five great grandchildren Marigny and Olivia Gill, Mia and Kate Wubbenhorst, and Evan Bostock. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at the Academy of the Sacred Heart Chapel, 4521 St. Charles Ave., on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 11:00 AM. Visitation in the Parlor at Sacred Heart from 9:00 AM until service time.
