Norbert W. "Bob" Courcelle

1941 - 2024

Norbert W. Courcelle (Bob) passed away on Wednesday January 10, 2024 while in Hospice care at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, California. He was born in New Orleans at Charity Hospital on September 27, 1941. He is predeceased by his Mother Rena Hebert Courcelle, his Father Albert W. Courcelle Sr. Sisters Gloria (Cookie) Courcelle, and Louise Courcelle. Norbert is survived by three sisters Joyce Courcelle Totorico (C.J.), Ruth Courcelle Bulot, Geraldine Courcelle Domingue (Steve) and one brother Albert W. Courcelle Jr. (Harumi) and many nieces and nephews. Norbert served in the U.S. Army in the mid 60's and was wounded in Vietnam and received a Purple Heart. He moved to West Hollywood, California about 40 years ago. He was never married and had no children. He will be cremated via the Neptune Society of California, and will be buried in a private ceremony at St. Louis Cemetery Number 3 with our sister Gloria (Cookie), and our Grandmother Louise Hebert.
