We remember when holidays and the Rawles and Thomas family got together . It was always laugh,joking and enjoying each other.....Seem Harold and Uncle Oliver talking and joking around with the kids..but always a lesson in their talks with the kids....His big O smile will be miss...he always had one for you..a smile..RIP Big O...

It's me Daddy..your baby..Daddy there is not a second that goes by that you are not in my thoughts.I would give anything to go back to Dec 14,2011 when you first went to the hospital.I remember every single day as if it was just yesterday.I know God is looking at you right now and He is saying "job well done my good and faithful servant".You fought the good fight Daddy like no one I've ever known.I know you are in heaven with Big Naughty watching over us.The first time you left us and came back, you told us you saw Naughty but he would not let you come to him..Thanks my Big Brother for sending him back..he was such a needed miracle..a Christmas miracle.I miss you both more than it's sanely possible for me to express.I have no words, but yet I have many words.I had you for 48 yrs & still it doesn't seem long enough.Kiss everyone for us daddy..tell them we miss & love them.Thank you for being the man that you were.Thank you for being the father,grandfather,uncle,friend that you were.Thank you Daddy for being our Hero..a gentle, loving giant..knowing just when to be firm & just when to give in.It's me Daddy..your baby..Nettie..Casper..your heart..your soul..your everything & I LOVE & MISS YOU..FOREVER

Oliver earth has NO sorrow that heaven cannot heal God said in his word,I will never leave or forsake you! Call on Him when u need comfort or answers or PEACE.I lost my mother 10 months ago and I cannot find the appropriate words to express the peace he gave to me & my siblings not this week but immediately. Since I know He doesn't love me anymore than He loves you He will give you that CONFOUNDING PEACE TOO...expect it

I was so sorry to hear of my Parran's passing and grieved that I was not able to attend his home going ceremony. I will cherish the time I spent visiting with him in the hospital and will hold him in my heart forever. Hey "O". I am very sorry to learn about "Big O's" passing. Man, it seems like our days at Bunny Friend Playground playing ball together with our dads cheering us on, our two biggest supporters, were only yesterday. You and I were lucky enough to have the two greatest dads on earth and now they can talk sports together again and figure out how to get Drew Brees' contract done. Be strong during this tough time. I know that's what Big "O" would want.
