Olivia Stipe Lewis affectionately known as 'Blind' entered eternal rest on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at her residence in Killona, LA., age 70. Wife of the late Henry Lewis and mother of the late Vernell Stipe. She was the stepmother of Roderick (Desiree) Lewis, Reginald (Doreen) Lewis. Olivia was the loving grandmother of Brandon Myles, Vernell Myles and Jia'Mona Myles. She was the daughter of the late Lawrence Stipe and Lena Dent Stipe of Killona, LA. Olivia was the sister of Donna Stipe, Linda (Nathan) Howard, Brenda (Eddie) Givens, Lawrence (Mary Louise) Stipe, Jim (Cindy) Stipe, Walter (Stacey) Stipe, Renaldo (Debra) Williams, and the late Raymond Stipe, David Stipe, Sedonia Dent Downing, Shirley Stipe Downing, James Stipe and Isaac Stipe and sister-in-law of Javonne Stipe and the late Katherine Stipe. She was the god mother of Michelle Cox and Freda Barnes. She also leaves a host of other relatives and friends. Olivia was a native and resident of Killona, LA. Relatives and friends of the family, Priest and Parishioners of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church and all neighboring churches are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 1 Rectory Lane, Hahnville, LA 70057.
