Oscar Jacobsen Obituary

Oscar Manuel Jacobsen, Jr. passed away on Monday, October 26, 2015 at the age of 81. He was a native of New Orleans and a resident of St. Rose. Husband of the late Cecilia Dolores Jacobsen. Loving father of Michael Jacobsen, David Spellman, the late Oscar M. Jacobsen, III and stepdaughter, Joey Landry. Son of the late Lucy Bourgeois Jacobsen and Oscar Manuel Jacobsen. Brother of Rosana, Ophelia, Mickey and Louie Jacobsen. Also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at L.A. Muhleisen & Son Funeral Home, 2607 Williams Blvd., Kenner on Monday, November 2, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. followed by an interment in Jefferson Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Michael and David and family,

Please except my condolences on the lost of your father. Oscar was a good man in many ways and your mom loved him so much.
Please know even though we have lost touch I think about you two often. Take care of yourselves and take comfort in the fact that your dad, mom and brother are together and will be watching over you.
