TOUPS Pamela Ann Chiasson Toups on Tuesday, July 23, 2013. Beloved wife of Westwego Councilman Garrison Toups, Sr. for 38 years. Loving mother of Mandy Mura (Mike), Garrison Toups, Jr. (Fiancee' Misty) and Chance Toups. Grandmother of Rosemary and Chloe Mura. Sister of Lana Chiasson, Gary Chiasson (Billie) and Jerry Chiasson (Paris), Steve Theriot, Wayne Theriot and Sharon Theriot Macke. Close friend of Myrtle Utley. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends. Daughter of the late Avenez Dantin Chiasson and Early "Toby" Chiasson. Step daughter of the late Irene Theriot Chiasson. Mrs. Toups was a member of the Westwego Volunteer Fire Department and Ladies Auxillary. She was also a member of the Westwego VFW Post 6793 Ladies Auxillary and a lifelong parishioner of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church, Westwego, LA. Age, 56 years. A native of New Orleans, LA and a lifelong resident of Westwego, LA. Relatives and friends of the family, also All Westwego City Officials, Employees of Ultimate Swamp Adventures and members of the above named organizations are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church, Ave A., Westwego, LA on Friday, July 26, 2013 at 11 AM. Interment, Gate of Heaven Mausoleum, Westwego, LA. Parlors will be open at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA on Thursday, July 25, 2013 from 6PM until 10 PM and again Friday from 8 AM until 10: 30 AM.
