Uncle Pas was the glue who held our family together and who gave his nieces and nephews memories that will last forever and have been passed down to the next generations.
It seems like not so long ago that I could stand outside our house on Sere St and look to Paris Avenue and see Uncle Pas walking very briskly to work. He was a generous, loving man and what a great cook!!!!!! He always had a story to tell. My one regret in living out of state is that my children were never exposed to the Christmas gatherings at Uncle Pas'& Aunt Ellen's. However, they are forever part of the best memories of my childhood. There will never be another man like Uncle Pas.
