Patricia Rooney Mandina

Patricia Rooney Mandina entered eternal rest on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 in Covington, LA. She was 67. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, James Patrick Rooney, Sr. and Joyce Spurway Rooney; and her brothers, Michael T. Rooney, and John K. Rooney. She is survived by her husband, Paul J. Mandina, Jr.; her daughters, Melissa Wright Crayton (Dewey) and Monica Wright McMahon (Christian); and her grandsons, Jude Crayton, Lucca McMahon and Lennox McMahon. She is also survived by her siblings, Karen Rooney Joubert (Joey), James P. Rooney, Jr. (Joan), Peggy Rooney Gray, Brian J. Rooney (Darlene) and Marie Rooney Bannatz (Bob); and many nieces and nephews. Pat was a native of New Orleans, LA and was a longtime resident of the Northshore. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, July 10, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. from St Peter Catholic Church, 125 E. 19th Avenue, Covington, LA, and the visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum, 2280 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, La. E.J. Fielding Funeral Home has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
