Patsy Carter Thomas

Patsy Carter Thomas, a homemaker, entered into eternal rest at West Jefferson Medical Center on Thursday, December 24, 2020 at the age of 65. She was a native of Avondale, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Patsy was a member of Greater Mount Calvary International Worship Center. Beloved wife of the late Anthony Thomas. Loving mother of Carolyn Carter Guy, Cartridge Calfee, Rhonda Bickman, Lucinda Bickman, William Bickman, Zebben Bickman, Tammy Bickman, and the late Renard Carter. Daughter of the late James Carter and Lucille Evans Carter. Sister of James Carter, Jr., Timmy Carter, Darrell Carter, Jeffery Carter, Calvin Carter, Gwendolyn Carter, Nadine Carter, Beverly Carter Rogers, Lorena Carter, Dolly Carter, and the late Terry and Randell Carter. Patsy is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Greater Mount Calvary International Worship Center and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service, 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. until service time.
