Paul Eli Jackson Sr., age 71 entered eternal rest at his home on Saturday July 31, 2021. He was a native of Algiers, Louisiana and a resident of Harvey, Louisiana. Paul retired from Narin Concrete after 20 years. Beloved husband of 52 years to Mildred Beverly Jackson. Devoted father of Paul Eli Jackson Jr., Tammy Jackson, Dione Record and the late Scott Eli Jackson Sr. Stepfather of Jasper and Rodney Carr. Born February 23, 1950, to the late Percy Jackson and he late Mabel Eloise Parker. Brother of Elaine Green and the late Leeana and John Green. Brother-in-law of Viola Bangle, Elenora Coleman, Diane Hawkins, Virgie Beverly, Lena Coleman, Ben Beverly Jr., Nathaniel Beverly, and Freddie Beverly. Also, the late Ernest, Issac, Albert, and Patrice Beverly. Paul is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and host of nieces, nephews, cousins' other relatives and friends. Relative and friends of the family, community also pastors, officers and members of the Historic Second Baptist Church and all neighboring churches, Commander's Palace, Walmart, and Tulane University Hospital are invited to the Funeral services on Friday, August 20, 2021, at 11:00a.m. at Murray Henderson Funeral Home 1209 Teche St. New Orleans, Louisiana 70114.
