Philip Catanzaro Obituary

CATANZARO Philip J. Catanzaro a World War II Army Veteran passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of the late Joyce Jobe Catanzaro and by previous marriage Theresa Norman. Father of Cheryll C. Voitier (Mac), Dale C. LeBlanc (David), Joyce Jobe Kyle (Jim), Edward "Eddie" Jobe and Charlie Jobe (Denise). Son of the late Ida and August Catanzaro. Brother of the late August Catanzaro, Jr. Grandfather of Adrienne, Martial, Philip "Beau", Eva, Dayna, Allyson, Ethan, Taylor, Nathan, Lindsay, Jennifer and Tara. Also survived by 7 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Friday, September 21, 2012 from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM. Burial with military honors will follow in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens. It has been years since we saw each other, but we still have fond memories of our past years as cousins. Our mothers were first cousins. We are sorry to hear of his passing. Condolences to the family.
