Ralph A. Cloy

1935 - 2024

Ralph A. Cloy, born May 29, 1935, at the age of 88, native of McCall Creek, Mississippi. and a resident of Mandeville, Louisiana. He passed away February 15, 2024, due to multiple health issues in Covington, Louisiana. Ralph is survived by his son, Matthew A. Cloy, his loving sister, Linnie J. Cloy, brother Danny Cloy, many nieces and nephews, cousins, and in-laws. Ralph joins his beloved wife Carolyn Cloy, his parents Dan and Maude Cloy, siblings Willie Cloy, Rayford Cloy, Frank (Beaver) Cloy, and sister Claudine Cloy. The family would like to thank the kindness of doctors and nurses of St. Tammany Parish Hospital that showed such compassion to the family during his stay. He enjoyed horse racing and worked in construction and offshore industries, traveling to the United Kingdom and returned to the U.S. where he owned and operated Derrick Hammers until his retirement. He found great success during his working years. At the family's request a private interment will be a later date.
