Randolph Frazier Obituary

Randolph Joseph Frazier, 89, a native of Grand Isle and resident of Des Allemands passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020. Visitation will be held at St. Gertrude the Great Catholic Church in Des Allemands on Tuesday, December 29th from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. He is survived by his son, Mark Frazier; grandchildren, Nicky Dufrene, Marcy Frazier Clement and Marisa Frazier; great-grandchildren, Gabie Dufrene, Nicholas Dufrene and Kai Clement; brother, Alton Frazier. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Folse Frazier; parents, Mike and Angell Frazier; daughter, Deborah Frazier Dufrene; brothers, Robert Frazier, Mitchell Frazier, Clarence Frazier, William "Bill" Frazier, Andrew Frazier and Paul Frazier; sisters, Thelma Zimbro and Albertine Courteaux. Randolph worked as a roughneck, construction worker and commercial fisherman. As a fisherman Randolph was well known as a harvester of wild oysters of great size and high quality. Randolph was a proud Native American, who was generous, kind and a good hearted gentlemen who loved his family and enjoyed a full life. He was a devout Catholic who attended mass weekly. He will be missed greatly. Falgout Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
