JEANPIERRE Ray John Jeanpierre, a retired Air Force Sgt. and a retired US Postal employee, departed this life on Sunday, September 19, 2010. Beloved son of Eula G. Jeanpierre and the late Wilson J. Jeanpierre, Sr. Father of D'Wan Jeanpierre-Nunnery (Jay) and Brandon Ray Jeanpierre. Brother of Wilson J. Jeanpierre, Jr. (Claudette), Brenda J. Jeanpierre, Patricia J. Cornish (Lawrence) and Gwen Jeanpierre and Stepbrother of Cyrille and Damion Jeanpierre (Desiree). Grandfather of Ky'lia Williams, Jalen and Jai' Nunnery. Devoted friend of Ray Palmer Sr. Also survived by 2 godchildren Garrard Jeanpierre and Candace Jeanpierre and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of US Postal Service, Auto Zone, Family Resources Unlimited, Finishing Touch Barber Shop and Pan American Life are invited to attend the Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 8321 Burthe St. at Cambronne, on Friday, September 24, 2010 promptly at 11:00 am. Visitation and Tribute will begin at 10:00 am. Interment: Garden of Memories Cemetery. Arrangements by DW Rhodes, 3933 Washington Ave. Please visit www.rhodesla.com to sign the guest book.
